We are honored to be named to the MeetingsNet 2019 CMI 25 list. The annual directory features the largest and most influential full-service meeting and incentive travel management companies focused on the U.S. corporate meetings and incentives industry.

MeetingsNet, a digital magazine and website dedicated to the meetings and incentives industry is responsible for compiling the list, which is a unique resource for meeting managers, incentive travel executives, and procurement professionals who need outsourcing partners to orchestrate events around the globe with professionalism and creativity.

“Successful meetings management demands creativity, attention to detail, and top technology – and the CMI 25 companies have proven themselves to have the focus and experience needed to get the job done,” said MeetingsNet Content Director Sue Hatch. “The profiles of the CMI 25 include statistics on business volume, top customer markets, as well as company news, giving readers a sense of the focus, strengths, and size of these large third-parties.”

Latest Updates from Creative Group:

Creative Group has grown organically this year, adding clients in the financial services, life sciences and technology industries. Using our i|xperience® design approach we moved into the telecommunication area with mobile tours and incentive travel programs. Since the 2015 sale to Direct Travel, Creative Group has experienced four consecutive years of growth.

We strengthened our sales incentive and channel loyalty offering in 2018. Our collaborative approach to working with clients – supported by our research-based Program Audits and Design Sprints – helped set us apart. These offerings, combined with our human-centered design thinking, allowed us to inspire employee and channel partner behaviors helping our clients exceed their business objectives.

“For the Love of YOU!” Event

Our West Coast office conducted its fourth annual “For the Love of YOU!” event – and this year’s focus was JOY. A true i|xperience, this four-day retreat influenced participants through individualized talent assessments, immersive food experiences, thoughtfully curated gifts, and daily yoga classes. We also curated a variety of fireside chats with emerging and established speakers, ranging from medical to wellness to the entertainment industries.

i|lead

We developed the i|lead approach for serving our businesses in the past year. i|lead is a collection of principles that deliver service excellence through behaviors that align with our core beliefs and company culture. This methodology defines service excellence, sets clear expectations for all employees, and ensures consistency of service. And it has been well received by our clients.

Awards

For the 14th year, we were recognized with an American Advertising Award for our creative efforts. It was in the Sales & Marketing division, for communications work we developed for Alliance Laundry Systems. The campaign supported an incentive program that took place in Peru.

Service

Given Creative Group’s focus on helping people thrive, social responsibility is very important to us, and we encourage employees to give back in several ways. We invite (and pay) our employees to take time off to support the cause of their choice. And we also have several corporate initiatives that are focused on the local community, including Adopt-A-Family, Feed My Starving Children, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Clean the World, local food pantries, backpack donations for at-risk school kids and making blankets for local homeless shelters.
